* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from Pooles Island MD to Smith Point VA
and adjoining estuaries, and Tidal Potomac from Cobb Island MD
to Smith Point VA.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM Wednesday to 2 AM EDT
Thursday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM EDT
Wednesday. For the Gale Watch, from late Wednesday night
through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels.
