Police Investigate Murder Suicide In 8600 Block Of New Bedford Rd Pasadena 

Pasadena, MD (Arundel.News & AAFA)- Detectives are looking into what led a Pasadena man to shoot and kill his wife inside their home before turning the gun on himself. Police were called to the home of Neka and Dajuan Jennings around 12:00 A.M. on the morning of 3/8/22, where the couple was discovered deceased. According to the Anne Arundel County Police homicide unit, Jennings who is 39 years old, fatally shot his 42 year old wife Neka before shooting himself with a handgun. Police did recover the handgun and other ballistic evidence from the scene of that homicide.
The bodies of the couple will go to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office to be autopsied.

"On March 8, 2022, at approximately 12:00 a.m., officers responded to a residence in the 8600 block of New Bedford Harbour in Pasadena for two deceased subjects. The deceased have been identified as 42-year-old Neka Natalie Jennings and 39-year-old Dajuan Jennings. Homicide detectives and evidence collection technicians responded to the scene and a handgun/ballistic evidence was recovered.
Evidence indicates Mr. Jennings shot Ms. Jennings and then took his own life. The decedents were taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsies.
